I just wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work to make our wedding reception and cocktail hour spectacular. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the food and service.
Your team was spectacular at making sure both Chris and I had food from cocktail hour as soon as we arrived back from taking photos and I thought that was amazing service. In addition, we were both very pleased with our dinners.
I have continued to boast about your services and your company from day one when you showed sincere concern about me being a new bride and making sure I never was taken advantage of by any vendors. Being Italian, I loved how protective you were even if I was just a client, it showed your heart and how much you cared about the people you work with. So I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated that.
I wish for you all of the continued success and all the best. Should I ever find myself throwing any events or needing catering in Florida in the future I will surely reach out! In the mean time, I plan on writing rave reviews on every review site I can find about your services.

Mr. Davoli is the sweetest! I loved working with him! He really put my mind at ease with everything. Mr. Davoli is very professional and knows his stuff. He really aims to please his customers and does a wonderful job. He was able to squeeze me in during the holidays for a tasting as I live out of state and wanted to get the tasting done while I was home visiting. He was able to accommodate me and I greatly appreciated it. We loved the food and so did our guest. They were raving about how delicious is was and how plentiful. Mr. Davoli said he never runs out of food and he is a man of his work. I would definitely recommend Davoli Catering. Thank you Mr. Davoli for everything!!"

We go so many compliments on the food and service at our daughter, Lauren's wedding Saturday at Nocatee. The appetizers were all excellent! Best crab cakes ever! Stuffed mushrooms, shrimp & scallop skewers, steak & luscious antipasto spread were delicious!
The main courses of filet, chicken marsala & eggplant were cooked to perfection. The mixed green salad was fabulous!
We can't thank you and your staff enough for the fantastic food and presentation. Our guests were raving about the food and we all practically licked our plates clean. Feel free to use everything from this note as a testimonial.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you about my experience using you as a caterer. First of all, I absolutely love you. You are such a special person and knowing that the reason you run your business the way you do is because of your own daughters makes me love you even more. From the get go you were honest and open and warned me about certain things to be cautious of in the wedding vendor business and your advice was taken and well heeded. You were so open to everything I requested of in the wedding and made things so easy for me. On the day of, I really did not expect to see you there but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw you. Just lets me know how much you care. Words cannot describe the presentation of that fruit display during cocktail hour or the presentation of the food in the buffet line. I even stopped everything to bring attention to all those around how amazing the food looked. You rocked it! I had so many compliments all night about the food and the staff. The staff! Let’s talk about them for a minute. What an incredible group of people you have working for you! All night they came up to me asking if I needed anything and if I was ok. I made sure to tell them all how awesome they were and how much I appreciated them. All in all, your love for what you do showed through the entire evening and I have been singing your praises then and will continue to do so. "If you are looking for a wedding caterer you can stop... choose Davoli's! They were receptive and accommodating to our (many) requests and the food was absolutely amazing! Their prices for wedding events are unbeatable, and Fred goes above and beyond to make sure the wedding couple isn't worrying about a thing on their best day ever. The head chef and staff were all so courteous and made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy both the appetizers and meal to the fullest. To top it off they sent us home with all of the leftovers, so we got to enjoy round 2 the next day with our families before leaving for our honeymoon.
